The Meal Plan: November 1-7


In an attempt to liven up meal times a bit around here, I’ve decided to make a point to try at least 1 new recipe a week by sifting through my Pinterest account.  There have been hits and misses, but overall it’s been a lot of fun so far!


Greek Marinated Chicken, roasted potatoes and a cucumber/tomato/avocado salad. (Chicken recipe found here)


Hearty Chicken Stew with Sweet Potato and Quinoa (going to a recipe I pinned here, but alter it a tad since Amy doesn’t like squash)


Sauteed Vegetables with Roasted Sausage and Penne


Turkey Muffins, Steamed Carrots and Barley


Chicken teryaki, rice and broccoli


Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Potatoes and veggies


Fish Fingers, Fries & Salad
