Pork Stir Fry (pork chops, bok choy, ginger, garlic, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, teryaki, brown rice)

Tuesday

BBQ Chicken Leg/Thighs, Quinoa Salad & Grilled Zucchini (chicken leg/thighs, quinoa, tomato, cucumber, zucchini)

Wednesday

Pork Burgers & Salad (fresh ground pork, onion, bbq sauce, dijon, spinach)

Thursday

Chicken & Quinoa Skillet (fresh ground chicken, diced tomatoes, herbs/spices, quinoa, green onion, cilantro, lime)

Friday

Chicken Tacos (fresh ground chicken, spices, whole wheat tortillas, tomato, lettuce, Greek yogurt, cheese)
