Are you an iced-coffee fan?
An iced-cappuccino fan perhaps?
Are you finding yourself spending more money than usual on your iced coffee beverages since the temps have started to soar?
If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, this recipe is for you. 😉 Like most of my recipes, this is extremely simple to put together, so there’s no excuse not to try it!
Blended Vanilla Iced-Coffee
What You Need:
- coffee ice cubed (brew coffee and freeze in an ice-cube tray)
- vanilla syrup (we get this at Home Sense or Winners)
- milk of choice
What You Do:
– couldn’t be easier – blend everything together! The amount of milk/water/vanilla syrup you use will depend on the consistency and taste that you want. Also, depending on how powerful your blender is, you may want to limit how many ice cubes you crush at one time. I used 9 ice cubes total to make enough for two.
I like using coffee ice cubes because when it melts, you won’t find your drink getting watered down like it would if you used coffee in liquid form and water ice cubes.
Being someone who REALLY loves iced-coffee, I promise this tastes just as good as anything that you’d get at your local coffee shop. The best part is that it’s easy on your wallet all while tasting amazing! 🙂
