Grilled Pork Tenderloin w/ Potatoes & Salad (marinated pork tenderloin, mini potatoes, spinach)

Wednesday

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (chicken breasts, romaine, homemade garlic dressing)

Thursday

Mexican Quinoa Salad (quinoa, white kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lime, red wine vinegar)

Friday

Chicken Burgers (ground chicken, fresh parsley, garlic, buns, spinach)
