Roasted Chicken (whole chicken, garlic, onion, barley, spinach salad)

Tuesday

Turkey & Quinoa Skillet (ground turkey, quinoa, tomatoes, spinach)

Wednesday

BBQ Teryaki Chicken (chicken leg/thighs, teryaki sauce, zucchini, potatoes)

Thursday

Chicken Pasta (ground chicken, pasta sauce, whole wheat penne)

Friday

Hamburgers (lean and extra lean ground beef, burger buns, fixins’)
