Monday

Pork & Chicken Chili (ground pork and chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, chili powder, garlic)

Tuesday

Teriyaki Pork Salad (pork chops, teriyaki sauce, brown rice, tomato, peanut sauce, green onion, lettuce)

Wednesday

Baked Bruschetta Chicken (chicken breast, tomato, onion, basil, zucchini, spinach salad)

Thursday

Mexican Quinoa Skillet (ground turkey, diced tomatoes, quinoa, green onion, cilantro, spinach)

Friday

Turkey Burgers & Salad (ground turkey, buns, spinach)
