Turkey Quinoa Skillet (ground turkey, quinoa, stewed tomatoes, cilantro, spinach)


Turkey burgers (ground turkey, bbq sauce, dijon, bread crumbs, spinach salad)


Greek Chicken Gyros (chicken breast, lemon, tatziki, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, pita)


Eggs + Quinoa Salad (eggs any way, quinoa, tomato, cucumber, green onion, red wine vinegar)


Pork Stir Fry with Udon (pork chops, mixed frozen vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, udon noodles)
