Mushroom Pork with Barley Pilaf and Spinach Salad (pork chops, mushrooms, mushroom soup, barley, carrots, onion, celery, spinach)

Monday

Turkey Quinoa Skillet (ground turkey, quinoa, stewed tomatoes, cilantro, spinach)

Tuesday

Turkey burgers (ground turkey, bbq sauce, dijon, bread crumbs, spinach salad)

Wednesday

Greek Chicken Gyros (chicken breast, lemon, tatziki, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, pita)

Thursday

Eggs + Quinoa Salad (eggs any way, quinoa, tomato, cucumber, green onion, red wine vinegar)

Friday

Pork Stir Fry with Udon (pork chops, mixed frozen vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, udon noodles)
