The Meal Plan: April 7-13

Saturday:

Thai Chicken Enchiladas (chicken breast, onion, carrots, cabbage, peanuts, cilantro, coconut milk, thai chili sauce)

Sunday:

Chicken Pasta (ground chicken, pasta sauce, whole wheat penne, spinach salad)

Monday:

Date Night! (for a VERY special occasion!)

Tuesday:

Grilled Pork, Green Beans + Potatoes (pork tenderloin, green beans, potatoes)

Wednesday:

Greek Chicken Gyros (was a hit last week! Chicken breast, lemon, oregano, tomato, tzatziki, cucumber, red onion, pita bread)

Thursday:

Eggs + Quinoa Salad (hard-boiled eggs, quinoa, green onion, tomato, cucumber, lime)

Friday:

Turkey Burgers + Salad (ground turkey, bbq sauce, mustard, spinach)
