The Meal Plan: March 31 – April 6

Saturday:

Out for supper as a certain husband of mine had a birthday!!

Sunday:

Roasted Chicken & Potatoes (whole chicken, potatoes, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach)

Monday:

Fresh Baked Salmon (fresh atlantic salmon, quinoa, spinach salad)

Tuesday:

Lean Turkey Burgers (ground turkey, dijon mustard, bread crumbs, spinach salad)

Wednesday:

Greek Chicken Gyro (chicken breast, lemon, oregano, red onion, tomato, tzatziki, cucumber, garlic, spinach, pita)

Thursday:

Breakfast for supper = EGGS! (eggs, bagel, spinach salad)

Friday:

Pork Stir Fry with Udon (pork chops, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, frozen vegetables, udon noodles)
