Saturday

Pork Stir Fry with Udon Noodles (pork chops, mixed Japanese vegetables, udon noodles, pad thai sauce)

Sunday

Turkey Tacos (ground turkey, tortillas, salsa, greek yogurt, cheese)

Monday

Quiche (oat crust, eggs, broccoli, mushrooms, ham, cheese)

Tuesday

Chicken Fingers & Salad (Jane’s chicken fingers, spinach)

Wednesday

Greek-Style Marinated Chicken Thighs (chicken thighs, lemon, quinoa, salad)

Thursday

Leftovers (we have so many leftovers in the freezer now to use up! such a good thing!)

Friday

Omelette (eggs, cheese, ham, green onion, mushrooms)
