The Meal Plan: February 4-10

Oopsies! Didn’t mean to be a day late with this one!

Saturday

Dinner out at my parents’ house.

Sunday

Spaghetti Squash with Chicken Pasta Sauce (spaghetti squash, ground chicken, pasta sauce, spinach)

Monday

Crock Pot Turkey Soup (chicken stock, turkey breast meat, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, sweet potato, barley)

Tuesday

Pork Stir Fry + Quinoa (pork chops, frozen veggie mix, quinoa)

Wednesday

Barley Lentil Pilaf with Baked Chicken Breast (barley, lentils, mushrooms, stock, chicken breast)

Thursday

Leftovers! (pulled pork? Soup? whatever floats our boat as we have stock in the freezer now!)

Friday

Turkey ‘Muffins’ + Spinach Salad (ground turkey, carrots, zucchini, spinach)
