Monday

Crockpot Pulled Pork (pork tenderloins, bbq sauce, potato, spinach)

Tuesday

Chicken Wraps + Salad (Jane’s chicken burgers, whole wheat tortillas, tomato, spinach)

Wednesday

Quiche (oat crust, eggs, ham, mushrooms, broccoli, onion, cheese)

Thursday

Pork Stir Fry (pork chops, frozen veggies, ginger)

Friday

‘Spaghetti’ + Chicken Sauce (spaghetti squash, ground chicken, spinach, pasta sauce)
