Pork Schnitzel + Quinoa + Spinach Salad (pork chops, bread crumbs, lemon, quinoa, spinach)

Tuesday

Turkey Tacos (tortillas, ground turkey, spinach, salsa, greek yogurt, cheese)

Wednesday

Pork Meat Loaf + Squash + Spinach Salad (lean ground pork, onions, butternut squash, spinach)

Thursday

Beans + Weanies! (all-natural hot dogs, baked beans in tomato sauce, spinach)

Friday

Chicken Caesar Salad (baked chicken breasts, spinach, garlic dressing)
