The Meal Plan: January 7-13

Now that the holidays are over, it’s time to get back into the swing of things again! πŸ™‚


Crock Pot Chili (turkey, pork, tomatoes, mushrooms, kidney beans, garlic, onion…)


Broccoli, Mushroom and Ham Quiche (oat crust, eggs, broccoli, mushroom, ham, green onions)


Turkey Tacos (soft whole wheat tortillas, turkey, lettuce, tomato, green onion, greek yogurt, cheese)


Beans and hot dogs + Salad (Country Naturals hot dogs, baked beans, spinach)


Spaghetti Squash + Chicken Sauce + Salad (squash, chicken, pasta sauce, spinach)


Pork Tenderloin + salad + potato (leftover pork..)


Road Trip!!!

  1. I love meal planning but then I look at my plan and I never want to eat what I have written down lol at least I can stick to a workout plan better than an eating plan

    I love your home gym by the way. We just reorganized ours too πŸ™‚

    • Not sure if it will help you, but our trick of sticking to the meal plan is to only buy groceries for the meals we have listed for the week. Sometimes we alternate days during the week if other plans change and we have time contraints or something, but we always stick to the plan. It really helps to keep the grocery bill down!

      And thanks for the compliment on the gym! Just need a treadmill now! πŸ˜‰
