Saturday

Grilled Salmon + Salad + Quinoa (fresh salmon, spinach, quinoa)

Sunday

Italian Wedding Soup + Garlic Bread (ground turkey, carrots, chicken stock, orzo, kale)           

Monday

Pork Stir Fry (beef, beef stock, onions, barley, sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes, green peas)

Tuesday

Beans and Wieners (baked beans, natural selections hot dogs – oh yes!)

Wednesday

Chicken Sliders + Fries (ground chicken, veg, slider buns, potatoes)

Thursday

Omelets (eggs, cheese, spinach, green onion, mushrooms, ham)

Friday

Chicken Caesar Salad (grilled chicken breast, spinach, garlic dressing)
