Beating the Heat Breakfast Style

Good morning!

We are starting day 4 of this lovely heat wave (ugh) and I figured, what better way to start my day but indulge in some overnight oats for breakfast.  These weren’t just normal overnight oats though!

These were vanilla overnight oats layered with peanut butter and chocolate banana soft serve!

For the oats I mixed oats, chia seeds, flax, skim milk and a splash of vanilla. Put in fridge and let sit overnight.

As for the soft seerve, I mixed 1 frozen banana with skim milk, a spoon of Nutella and a spoon of this new AMAZING Kraft Whipped Peanut Butter! OMG this PB is incredible!!! The nutritional values on it is even surprisingly better than Krafts un-sweetened un-salted PB! (which is what we had been using)

Anyway, back to breakfast! 😉

I layered the oats with the soft serve and sliced strawberries. (I apologize for the blurry pictures –  I was in a rush this am!)

= an AWESOME and COOL breakfast.

Now time to work!
